An established South Indian vegetarian restaurant group in Sydney is looking for experienced and responsible Floor Supervisors / Shift Leaders.

Locations: Harris Park | Norwest | Homebush

Pay: $35 per hour + superannuation and applicable penalty rates (permanent positions; based on experience and classification).

Requirements:
Previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
Positive understanding of South Indian vegetarian cuisine and dining service.
Tamil-speaking skills highly regarded.
Ability to independently manage busy restaurant shifts.
Robust leadership, customer service and communication skills.
Experience handling staff, customer complaints, takeaway and dine-in operations.
Reliable, organised and able to report to restaurant management.
Valid Australian working rights.
