The Company

Very well known services business based in Parramatta are looking for a hands on Senior candidate to work across a busy Accounts Receivable & Billings function. The company has grown rapidly due in recent years and is a leader in their market. This role is managing a large team and offer 2 days WFH per week.

Initially, this role will be a 9 month contract position, likely to extend or become permanent.

The role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will become part of a high performing Accounts team. You will be responsible for maintaining all of the Billing, Collections, Revenue & Receipting procedures and will need to contribute to process improvements.

The role's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Duties
Ensuring day to day accounts, billings & revenue are managed effectively
General ledger reconciliations
Assisting with team leadership




Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors
Reconciliation of invoices & debtor payments
Dispute resolution of large accounts
Other ad hoc duties as required by Financial Controller

Skills & experience The successful candidate will have had experience in working in an AR/Revenue function for a minimum of 5 years.
Experience in a busy AR/Revenue workplace
Solid excel skills
Experience within the NFP sector
Excellent communications, both written & verbal
Experience in working with large ERP System
