Metro Steel Fabrication WA is a leader within the Commercial Steel Manufacturing industry with a solid pipeline of work well into 2026/2027.

An opportunity has become available for a Project Manager in our Commercial division.

You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and managing of Multi-disciplinary fabrication packages. As this role is a dynamic / rapid paced Project Management position you will be required to strategic plan, manage and undertake designated activities with minimal supervision to achieve customer expectations, deadlines and Budgets.

The Role;
Addressing all customer relations including enquires and collaborating of projects to ensure outstanding quality of service.
Develop and Issue Fabrication work packs.
Contract handovers and review.
Managing project cost against budget of all resources associated with purchasing and quality documentation.
Expedite and Coordinate with workshop personnel,



logistics team, subcontractors and suppliers.
Overall management of projects from award to delivery.

To be considered the following candidate must possess
The ability to work to deadlines.
Sound knowledge of drawings.
Robust technical ability & understanding of commercial projects.
Proven ability to prioritise and to work under pressure to ensure that internal services are efficient to operations.
Excellent relationship building, problem solving, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge.
Relevant experience within the Commercial sector.
Structural Steel Project experience required.
