About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our office. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a positive experience for clients, landlords, tenants, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
General administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams
Diary management and appointment scheduling
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Processing mail, correspondence, and basic office coordination
Assisting with compliance, filing, and office presentation

About You





You will be someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is well-presented, reliable, and professional
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Can multitask and remain calm in a busy office environment
Is confident using computers and office systems (real estate software experience is a bonus, but not essential)
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

Previous experience in reception, administration, or real estate will be highly regarded, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
