My Own Care provides tailored support to individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community participation programs across Adelaide, empowering participants to build independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and household tasks.
Facilitate community, social, and recreational participation aligned with NDIS goals.
Maintain safeguarding standards, privacy, and accurate progress reporting.
Assist participants with basic care technologies and digital tools.

Key Requirements
Experience in disability or community support, with a person-centred approach.
Solid communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related field (or currently studying).
Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings and weekends.
NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid certification, and Australian working rights.
