We are seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team.

Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, the successful candidate will assist with daily kitchen operations, with a focus on the pasta and larder sections, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare and cook pasta dishes to a high standard.
Support the larder section, including the preparation and presentation of salads, cold dishes, and other menu items.
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service.

Previous experience in a skilled kitchen is preferred.
Passion for Italian cuisine and quality food preparation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, skilled, and a robust team player.
