We are seeking an exceptional Practice Nurse to join our friendly and highly respected general practice team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care while working alongside a supportive team of experienced GPs, nurses, and administrative staff.
About the Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive nursing services, including:
Chronic disease management and care planning
Immunisations and vaccination programs
Health assessments and preventative health initiatives
Wound care and procedural assistance
Care coordination and patient education
Management of recalls and reminders
Supporting GPs with various clinical and treatment room procedures
What We Are Looking For We are searching for a nurse who:
Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Has experience in General Practice nursing (preferred)
Demonstrates excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills
Has a genuine passion for patient-centred care
Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
Thrives in a collaborative team setting
Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently when required
Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences
