We specialize in commercial, industrial and high-security fencing solutions, delivering quality workmanship and reliable service to our clients. We need a switched-on, hands-on leader who knows fencing, takes pride in their work and can lead a crew to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Work Sites

Work sites are in Sydney.

The Role
Install commercial, industrial and security fencing systems.
Lead and supervise a fencing crew on site.
Organise daily work, materials and equipment.
Read plans, follow job specifications and meet deadlines.
Operate tools and equipment safely.
Ensure quality workmanship and site safety at all times.
Communicate with management, clients and other trades.
Help train and support other team members.





What We’re Looking
Fencing installation experience.
Previous crew-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of fencing systems, installation methods and tools.
Ability to read plans and work independently.
Valuable leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual and willing to get hands-on.
Current driver’s licence.
