We are currently seeking passionate and positive individuals to join us as Full-Time Sale Associates at our Rouse-Hill location. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys retail, has a passion for customer service and is motivated to achieve sales targets. Experience in perfume or fragrance retail is preferred.

Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
Build strong customer relationships and recommend products based on customer preferences.
Assist customers with fragrance selection and provide product knowledge.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and daily store operations.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
Follow company policies and operational standards.

About you
Previous retail sales experience is preferred.




Experience in perfume or fragrance retail is highly desirable.
A genuine interest in fragrances and a willingness to develop product knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
Well-presented, reliable and skilled.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
