Queensland Health on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Pharmacist Senior ARC to deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to older adults across acute, restorative and rehabilitation settings. The role emphasizes geriatric syndromes, polypharmacy management, medicines optimisation, deprescribing and protected transitions of care.

You will lead clinical reviews, mentor staff, and contribute to the pharmacy education program within Sunshine Coast Health. Remuneration up to $157,359 p.a.
