This is a senior leadership role responsible for the secure, productive, and productive delivery of underground mining activities. The Mining Superintendent will work closely with site leadership teams to coordinate resources, optimise production, manage workforce performance, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
You will play a key role in fostering a high-performing team culture while ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with Redpath and client requirements.
