About the role

As a casual Medical Receptionist at Next Generation Occupational Medicine, you'll play a crucial role in providing an outstanding patient experience. Covering staff when they are not available, you'll work in a busy, patient-centered practice with locations in Mile End and Salisbury Downs, Adelaide SA.

Key responsibilities
Greet patients with a warm smile and ensure they feel comfortable and valued
Manage appointments and patient records
Ensure smooth daily operations in a busy environment
Work closely with both clinical and administrative staff to maintain a high standard of care
Provide exceptional service and ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for

About you
Patient-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with office software
Experience with ZedMed (or similar) is a plus
Previous experience in customer-facing roles
Organized and effective, proactive in managing workload




Ability to work well with others and maintain a cooperative, positive attitude in a busy practice
