About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to undertake servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a wide-ranging fleet of vehicles and equipment. Working in a professional workshop environment, you will contribute to keeping essential assets operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing light vehicles, trucks, and plant equipment
Fault finding and preventative maintenance activities
Completing workshop documentation and service records
Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks where required
Maintaining a safe, organised, and productive workshop
Supporting workshop operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You You are a trade-qualified mechanic with diagnostic abilities and experience working on a range of vehicles and machinery. You take pride in delivering quality workmanship, prioritising safety, and working collaboratively within a team.

Required Skills & Experience
Automotive trade qualification or recognised equivalent
Experience repairing and maintaining
Light vehicles (passenger cars)
Heavy vehicles (trucks)
Plant equipment, including excavators
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Current C Class Driver's Licence
HR Licence desirable
Forklift Licence desirable
Welding and fabrication experience highly regarded
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
