Working alongside our talented Executive, Head and Sous Chefs, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, events and hotel operations.

As a Demi Chef, you will support the daily operations of the kitchen, contributing to high‑quality food preparation and service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet service. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards while ensuring your section runs efficiently and productively

What you’ll be doing:
Assist with mise en place, stock rotation and minimising wastage
Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes in line with brand standards
Maintain a clean, secure and hygienic kitchen workplace at all times
Support and guide junior team members, leading by example
