NRI Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking a Compensation & Advantages Partner on a 6-month contract in Melbourne. You will lead remuneration and total rewards design, governance, and benchmarking to support a competitive, equitable total reward framework.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and Finance to shape pay strategy, base pay structures, STI plans, job architecture, advantages, and governance across the organisation, ensuring compliance and commercial alignment.
