Blu Marlin Bistro

Blu Marlin Bistro is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly during service.

What you’ll do
Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment promptly
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and sanitised
Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
Store deliveries and supplies safely
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy periods

What we’re looking for
A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Positive attention to cleanliness and detail
Willingness to work as part of a team
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an advantage, but not essential
