Supporting a senior lawyer running motor vehicle accident claims. This is a new role as the team grows. Open to part time too (minimum 4 days) if that suits you better.

What you'll be doing
Draft legal precedent documents and lodge applications
Request medical records and follow up with doctors, specialists and treatment providers
Organise independent medical exams and specialist appointments
Liaise with clients and keep them informed throughout their claim
Follow up insurers and other contacts to keep matters moving




Structure and maintain briefs for hearings and conferences
Manage diaries, schedule Commission and Court dates, and manage your lawyer's diary
