We are looking for a passionate and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team and work closely with our Sous Chef in delivering consistently outstanding food and leading kitchen operations.

About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and team culture. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a quick-paced setting and has a genuine love for Thai cuisine.

Responsibilities
Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Manage stock control, ordering,



and inventory

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef/CDP Minimum 2–3 years
Experience in Thai or Asian cuisine preferred
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
