You’ll get genuine variety — tenant relationships, inspections, compliance, applications, listings — real hands-on experience that builds toward a long-term career in property management, not just admin.

What You’ll Be Doing
Building relationships with tenants through day-to-day communication
Conducting property inspections and home opens
Processing rental applications
Preparing listing advertisements and coordinating photo shoots
Keeping on top of compliance across the portfolio
Supporting the wider team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For
Current Registration/Certificate of Registration (real estate), with 1 years in a client-facing role




Someone who wants a career in property and is ready to step up as they grow
Outstanding interpersonal skills and comfortable with technology
Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about the day-to-day
A valid driver’s license
PropertyMe and Inspection Express experience highly regarded
Based South of River, or happy to work in the area
Versatile availability, as hours may shift week to week
