About our role :

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and compliance across the business. What You will focus on:
Preparing statutory returns and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual)
Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and Auditor General guidelines
Reconciling accounting systems and monitoring accounts for compliance
Analysing variances against budget and providing insights to management
Supporting internal and external audits and related reporting
Overseeing a junior team member and contributing to team development
Preparing financial reports for business units and inputting data into the company’s Information Management System

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Corporations Act requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills




Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
Experience with Pronto or ERP systems highly desirable
