You will lead from the front in the Gold Coast team, spending your time out on the street pitching, listing, and writing commission checks rather than on administration.
Key responsibilities

Pitch, list, and generate high-volume commission revenue
Conduct cold outreach and network leveraging
Build and manage your database

Communicate with high-net-worth vendors, buyers, and investors

About you
Hold a current QLD Real Estate License
Possess proven, verifiable background in residential sales that satisfies QLD commission-only regulations
Bring energy and energetic presence into every room, vendor meeting, and open home
Communicate effortlessly across high-net-worth vendors, buyers, and investors
Demonstrate relentless prospecting ability with cold outreach, network leveraging, and database building as second nature
Operate with standard-setting internal discipline and thrive in a commission-only workplace
