Retail Manager - Sammi's - Queen of Lebanese

Sammi's Gateway Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Sammi's - Queen of Lebanese store at Gateway Sydney, Circular Quay.

Sammi's is an exciting Lebanese QSR food brand on a growth trajectory, backed by experienced hospitality operators with many stores and several brands under their belt. The brand is inspired by second-generation Lebanese Australians growing up in 1980s suburbia - red brick houses, big family tables, hip hop and great food.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and help build a robust store, team and customer experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the store, including:
Leading, training and rostering the team
Managing sales, labour costs, stock and store performance
Maintaining solid customer service and brand standards




Overseeing ordering, stock control and regular stocktakes
Monitoring sales trends, customer feedback and product performance
Supporting promotions, new product launches and local store growth
Ensuring food safety, workplace safety and operating procedures are followed

About You

You will ideally have:
Relevant qualifications in retail, business, hospitality or a related field; and/or 1 to 3 years' relevant management experience
Experience in retail, quick-service food, fast food or a similar high-volume setting
Strong leadership, customer service and commercial skills
Experience managing rosters, labour, stock and sales targets

Full-time - 38 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation
