Description
Execute and embed the global people strategy across the the business
Partner with the local leadership team to support transformation, growth and organisational change initiatives
Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, engagement and employee relations
Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development
Drive organisational design,



workforce effectiveness and team structure initiatives
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
Lead and develop a small regional HR team

Profile
You are an experienced HR leader who enjoys hands-on execution.
Significant HR leadership experience within a multinational workplace
Experience supporting business transformation, integration, growth or change programs
Strong commercial acumen and an ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes
Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Exposure to operating within a private equity-backed, will be advantageous
