PRORAW GYM is looking for a reliable, friendly and hard-working Gym Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being around people, takes pride in keeping a gym clean and organised and wants to be part of a strong fitness community.

You will be one of the first faces members see when they walk in, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, qualified and confident speaking with people.

You do not need to be a personal trainer or coach for this role.

The focus is member service, gym presentation, general cleaning, customer support and helping the day-to-day operations of the gym run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting members and visitors as they enter the gym
Providing friendly customer service and general assistance
Keeping the gym floor, equipment, bathrooms and shared spaces clean and tidy
Helping maintain a protected, organised and welcoming environment




Assisting with basic admin and front desk duties when required
Supporting the team with general gym operations
Reporting any equipment or maintenance issues to management
Helping create a positive member experience every shift

The right person will be:
Friendly, reliable and punctual
Confident speaking with members and visitors
Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
Clean, organised and detail-focused
Comfortable working in a gym environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, respectful and qualified

Previous gym or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential. The most key thing is your attitude, reliability and willingness to be part of the PRORAW community.
