WAITSTAFF WANTED - EXPERIENCED WAITERS AND WAITRESSES

We are seeking experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our team at our well-established Italian restaurant.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for all our guests.

Key responsibilities
Opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for service
Completing daily cleaning duties before opening and at the end of each night
Greeting customers and providing friendly, skilled table service
Taking food and beverages orders accurately
Entering orders into the POS system
Communicating effectively with the kitchen regarding orders, dietary requirements and special requests.
Preparing and serving beverages to customers
Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable restaurant throughout service.
Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants MUST:
Hold a current RSA certificate
Be available to work nights and weekends




Have their own reliable transport, particularly for late-night finishes.
Have previous experience working in the restaurant industry
Be confident taking orders and using POS systems
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
