Position Summary
Lead, motivate and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the hotel's service standards.
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency and a high standard of presentation.
Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to team members to enhance performance, build capability and promote a positive team culture.
Proactively respond to guest requests, feedback and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.
Support departmental management with rostering, stock control, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.

About You




Experience working as a food and beverage attendant for at least 1 year
