The Duty Manager will work cooperatively, professionally and dynamically with management and staff to ensure the successful execution of all customer service within the hotel.

The successful operation of this hotel requires managers to work across a variety of day and night shifts.

Primary responsibilities include
supervision of a large team with a focus on customer care
identification of training needs and implementation of necessary procedures as required
liaison with suppliers and other hotel personnel to ensure quality product and service




ensure the effective setup and pack down of service areas within the required time frames The successful applicant will
have the ability to work and lead under pressure, at a quick pace
have exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
have proven supervisory experience in a busy hotel workplace
have a sound wine, cocktail and food product knowledge
have a consistent approach to delivering the highest level of service
would ideally have a RSA & RSG
