General Hand – Workshop & Fleet Support

Silverwater, Sydney NSW | Full Time

Established in 1992, Mobile Fleet Service is a well-established Sydney fleet maintenance company, providing servicing and repairs to corporate, government and commercial fleets.

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and hands-on General Hand to join our busy Silverwater workshop.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, support daily workshop operations and play an important part in delivering quality service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workshop
Assisting technicians with general workshop tasks
Picking up and delivering customer vehicles
Collecting and delivering automotive parts
Providing courtesy shuttle transport for customers
Cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery
Assisting with general workshop and yard duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current unrestricted NSW Driver Licence
A safe driving record
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team




A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pride in your work and attention to detail

Previous automotive or workshop experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided to the right person.

A Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence would be highly regarded but is not essential.
