Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base + super + commission (based on experience)

Artifloor is a growing flooring importer and distributor based in Mansfield, Brisbane. We import quality flooring products directly from Korea and supply flooring retailers, contractors and hardware stores across Australia. As we expand our network, we’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for growing sales across your territory by building strong relationships with existing customers and winning current accounts. This is a field-based role with significant travel, including regular regional trips and overnight stays. Please only apply if you’re comfortable spending a large part of your week on the road.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing trade accounts (flooring retailers, installers, builders, hardware stores)
Identify and secure recent business across metro and regional areas
Present and promote our product range, including samples and displays
Plan and carry out regular regional sales trips
Prepare quotes,



follow up orders and work closely with our operations team
Report on sales activity, pipeline and market feedback

About You
Proven sales experience in the flooring industry (essential)
Existing network of flooring retailers, installers or trade customers (highly regarded)
Strong product knowledge: hybrid, laminate, vinyl, timber or engineered flooring
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently on the road
Willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight stays
Current driver’s licence (essential)

What We Offer
$80,000 – $90,000 base salary + super, depending on experience
