About the role Penrith City Automotive P/L is seeking a talented Finance and Insurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position within our client services department, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional financial and insurance services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Advising customers on finance and insurance options to meet their individual needs
Assisting with the preparation and processing of finance and insurance applications
Negotiating and securing the best possible terms and rates for our customers
Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Providing exceptional customer service and building solid relationships with clients
Collaborating with the sales team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance and insurance role within the automotive industry




Strong understanding of financial products, insurance policies, and the regulatory environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
