Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Duty Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader or Supervisor looking to step into hotel management and develop their leadership skills with a globally recognised hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Manage guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments.
Lead, support and coach team members to deliver outstanding service.
Monitor hotel standards, safety procedures and operational performance.
Support IHG One Rewards recognition and guest satisfaction initiatives.

About You




Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for guest service and attention to detail.
Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience with OPERA PMS will be highly regarded.
