About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support our team at the front desk. This is a long-term position with full training provided. You’ll handle day-to-day admin tasks to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Booking and scheduling jobs
Data entry and filing
Invoicing and managing job documentation
General office support and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin experience is a must
Solid communication and time management skills
Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Reliable, organised,



and friendly attitude
Excellent English skills
