Specific Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a full-time position. This is an opportunity to provide person-centred nursing care and support clients’ health, wellbeing and independence in the community.

About the role
Provide nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Assist with personal care, medication support and other nursing activities within your scope of practice.
Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report changes or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate clinical notes and care records.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, support workers and healthcare specialists.

About you
Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Solid communication, organisation and documentation skills.
A patient,



caring approach and respect for clients’ individual needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Community nursing, disability or aged care experience is desirable.
A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.

Annual salary of $70,000–$82,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
