Offsiders and Entry-Level Drillers to join our growing Drill & Blast teams across Western Australia.

Multiple opportunities are available on established mining operations, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in RC drilling, as well as enthusiastic entry-level applicants who have a robust work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop their skills in the mining industry.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Drillers’ Offsiders
Assist drillers with day-to-day drilling operations.
Support safe and efficient drilling activities.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
Work closely with drillers, blast crews and supervisors.





Previous RC drilling experience is highly regarded.

Entry-Level Drillers
Opportunities for suitable candidates looking to establish a career in drilling.
Learn drilling operations, equipment handling and safe work practices.
Develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced personnel.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Previous drilling experience is not essential for suitable entry-level applicants. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Current HR truck driver's licence — mandatory.
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable, hardworking and motivated attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
Previous mining or drilling experience is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
