We are seeking reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a male NDIS participant in Orange, NSW.

The role involves regular weekly shifts, primarily in-home support with some community access.

Participant Support Needs:
Deafblindness and complex communication needs
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Intellectual disability
PTSD and anxiety
Ombrophobia (fear of rain)

Requirements:
Experience supporting participants with complex needs
Experience with deafblindness or sensory impairments preferred
Transparent spoken English and valuable communication skills
Calm, patient and reliable approach
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR certificates
Availability for regular weekly shifts

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
