Disability Support Worker | Doreen, VIC

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Doreen, Victoria.

Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in PEG feeding.
Experience in manual handling, particularly hoist transfers.
Demonstrated experience supporting participants with high-care and complex support needs.
Knowledge of personal care, medication administration, and safe support practices.
Ability to follow individual support plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Solid communication skills and a person-centred approach.
Relevant qualifications and required NDIS checks and clearances.

Pay: $35.44 – $38.56 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
