We’re looking for a friendly, organised Support Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis.

You’ll help people understand their options, connect with the right services, and work towards their goals. The role is mostly office-based, with flexibility to work remotely when suitable.

What you’ll do
Build positive relationships with clients, families and service providers
Help clients access supports and coordinate services
Keep explicit records and follow up on agreed actions
Work with the team to provide reliable, person-centred support

What we’re looking for
Solid communication and organisation skills
A practical, respectful approach to supporting people
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Experience in support coordination or a related field is helpful

This is a casual role with a mix of office and work from home. If you enjoy helping people navigate services and make progress towards their goals, we’d love to hear from you. Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
