The Role

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Casual Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of the breakfast buffet, working closely with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes for our guests.

The Successful Cook Will
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes for our breakfast buffet under the guidance of the senior chefs.
Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of dishes.
Keep work areas clean and organised, and adhere to health and safety regulations.




Assist with maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Talent Profile

Ideally You Will Have
Previous experience as a Cook in a four or five star hotel or a similar quick-paced, kitchen workplace
Ability to work productively and safely at all times with a focus on quality control
The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
