About the role

As a member of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality dishes and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to a high standard.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace heath and safety standards.
Managing stock rotation, storage and portion control while minimising food waste.
Contributing ideas and supporting the continuous improvement of our menu and kitchen operations.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
A commitment to quality, consistency and attention to detail.
Relevant kitchen experience or qualifications, depending on the position.
