What You'll Do
Design advanced chemistry problems that rigorously test AI reasoning and performance — spanning chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop transparent, step-by-step solutions that reflect rigorous scientific logic
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate-to-Masters-level chemistry topics
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves large language model (LLM) capabilities





Who You Are
Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and scientific rigor
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a adaptable schedule
No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with how large language models work
Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
