About the role An prospect now exists for a confident and motivated individual to join our Commercial team. More than just a skills-based role, we're looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who can handle a high volume of work and build rapport with valued clients.

Key responsibilities
Managing a diverse established portfolio of Commercial properties
Lease negotiation and administration, including renewals
Providing a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants
Setup budgets and collate audit reports
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, contractors and compliance requirements
Contribute to a supportive and cohesive group of professionals

About you
You have completed your Cert IV in Real Estate Practice WA (unrestricted) and are up to date with CPD points
Proven experience in the management of a commercial portfolio or similar, with a mix of industrial, retail and commercial offices
A sound understanding of commercial leasing and property management fundamentals as well as knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation




Experience with Re-Leased CRM is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
An ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
An ability to work as part of a team, provide support to others and adhere to our values
Resilient, can learn quickly, be adaptable in a rapid-moving setting and an effective multitasker
