I'm hiring a CRM Lead with a genuine loyalty focus for a high-profile Australian lifestyle brand.

It's a brand with a distinctive product, real momentum, and a customer base that actually re-engages. Solid presence both online and in retail.

What you'd own
Loyalty strategy and performance, member engagement, rewards, tier progression, referrals, VIP communications and program reporting
CRM and lifecycle strategy end-to-end, across eCommerce and in-store
Email, SMS and push, campaign planning, segmentation, testing, reporting, plus automated journeys
The full journey set: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, cross-sell, birthday, VIP, at-risk, win-back
Segmentation and database growth, tied to commercial outcomes: repeat purchase, purchase frequency, AOV, lifetime value
The stack,



a leading eCommerce platform, in-store POS and the integrations connecting them

What I'm looking for
Hands-on Klaviyo depth is the non-negotiable, campaigns, automation, segmentation and reporting
Proven loyalty and rewards program experience. Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, Smile, Omneo or a similar platform
Solid CRM and retention background, with the commercial instinct to read the numbers and know what to change
Category experience in fashion, beauty, Retail or lifestyle, brands with a similar customer demographic
