Komidore Plastic Solutions is looking for a CNC Router Operator to join our team in Smeaton Grange.
We machine and fabricate engineering plastics for a wide range of industrial applications. We’re open to an experienced operator who can hit the ground running, or a junior candidate with the right attitude and a genuine interest in learning CNC machining.
What you’ll do
Operate and set up our CNC router
Read technical drawings and check finished parts against requirements
Load jobs, select tools and monitor machining quality
Assist with CNC programming and job preparation, depending on experience
Keep the machine and work area clean, protected and organised
What we’re looking for
CNC router experience is an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings
Programming or CAD/CAM experience is valued, especially for senior applicants
Reliable, practical and willing to learn
Positive attention to detail and a solid approach to safety
Experience with plastics is helpful, but it’s not essential. We can teach the right person about machining plastics.
