Summary:

The CW2 Patcher role is essential within our Building & Construction team, based in Docklands, Victoria. This permanent, full-time position involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality patching and finishing work. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our projects by delivering exceptional craftsmanship and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform patching and finishing tasks on construction sites according to project specifications
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure productive workflow
Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition




Report any issues or delays to the site supervisor promptly
Assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices as required

Qualifications:
Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Proven experience in patching and finishing within the building and construction industry
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to various job sites as required
