Support to Bateman’s Bay and Nowra hearing centres on occasion
This role will include an initial two-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm), to support the completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements

You’ll greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
You’ll cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs, Bluetooth pairing and device troubleshooting
You’ll assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs,



offering qualified advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids

Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and or android applications)

Drivers license and own reliable vehicle
