About the role

This is a part time position of about 20 hours across 3 days a week, with a mix of working from home and in the office after a probation period.

Key responsibilities
Daily bank, EFTPOS and supplier invoice processing in Sage 200 Evolution
Monthly bank, credit card and supplier reconciliations, customer statements and end of month reports
Weekly wages and super, cash flow and call tracker reports
BAS, PAYG and reports for our accountant
Maintaining account KPI's for the business
Administration Marketing support, including Mailchimp emails and customer list updates

About you
Sage experience is a must
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid skills in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Accurate,



organised and across the detail
Comfortable with technology, and keen to find better ways to do things
Experience with Mailchimp or similar is a bonus
