YNA is an 100% South Australian owned & operated company with a focus on providing the best level of support to our clients & our staff. We have a position for an Allocations Consultant to join our busy team. This is a contact centre role & you will be required to engage professionally with all stakeholders.

Our core hours are from 4.45am to 11.30pm & we operate 7 days a week from Fullarton. In order to be considered for this role you need to be available & flexible for shifts within these hours, weekdays & weekend work and occasional night duty.

Your tasks will include
First point of contact for all inbound calls
Outbound calls to existing clients to fill shifts
Managing existing client base with a sense of urgency
Taking staff availability for shifts & client bookings for shifts
Accurate data entry
Managing bookings efficiently via phone & requests via email.

These roles are ideally suited to those with call centre and or customer service experience keen to join a growing team in the healthcare sector.

About you:

Successful candidates will demonstrate
A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
Previous experience in Rostering/Administration role/s would be an advantage
Strong written & verbal communication skills & solid customer service experience
High level time management skills & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
