Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee & other hot & cold beverages
Deliver outstanding customer service in a rapid paced environment
Work on the coffee machine & on the floor as FOH staff
Work collaboratively
Experience with open / close procedures
About you
Previous experience in a similar role
Previous specialty coffee experience / barista experience
Confident making a outstanding range of coffees, including other specialty hot & cold beverages
Skilled and versatile both on the coffee machine & on the floor
Dependable, punctual and driven by a positive attitude
Confident with excellent communication skills
Availability across weekdays and weekends (rotating roster)
