SANAYI MEAT is a Korean butcher shop located in Sunnybank Hills. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutting, trimming and preparing beef and pork
Slicing and portioning meat to customer requirements
Preparing meat products for retail display
Operating meat cutting equipment safely
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Managing stock and assisting with daily butcher shop operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in meat cutting or butchery
Good knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Valid Australian working rights
