We are looking for an experienced and reliable 12V automotive installer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on fitting car audio systems, lighting and electrical accessories, not general mechanical repairs. You’ll work on a wide variety of passenger vehicles, 4WDs and commercial vehicles.

What you’ll be installing
Car stereos, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers and DSP systems
Driving lights, light bars and work lights
Dash cameras, reversing cameras and parking sensors
UHF radios, antennas and communication equipment
Dual-battery systems, inverters, solar equipment and power accessories
Trailer plugs, brake controllers and towing accessories
Alarms, immobilisers and other 12V accessories
Custom wiring, switches, relays, fuses and control panels

What we’re looking for
Proven experience with automotive 12V installations
Robust wiring and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to remove and reinstall vehicle trims cleanly
Positive understanding of relays, fuses, circuit protection and cable sizing

High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
Good communication and customer-service skills
Current driver licence
Australian working rights

An automotive electrical qualification is highly regarded, but we will also consider an experienced car-audio or 4WD accessory installer with excellent practical skills.

What we offer
Full-time, stable employment
Competitive pay based on experience and ability
Varied work across car audio, 4WD and automotive electrical accessories
Well-equipped workshop and quality products
Supportive, straightforward working workplace
Opportunities to develop your diagnostic and installation skills

To apply, please send us your résumé and a short description of your experience.

Photos of previous installations are welcome. Please tell us which systems you are confident installing independently, your current licence status and your expected salary.
